About AMB Plant Ltd in Norfolk

In 1991 AMB Haulage and Tipper Hire was established; by Alan and Mary Bailey. However in 2000 changed its name to AMB Plant. From this, they became incorporated in December 2004; and now is a successful family run business. Alan has many years of experience when it comes to groundwork's, plant hire and machinery. He was able to acquire his knowledge through many years of helping his Father when growing up. During this time he was able to pick up may of the tricks of the trade, so when completing a job, it is to an excellent quality. This knowledge which Alan acquired, has stayed with him and into his working life. It has enabled him to now run his own successful business with his own skilled work force and machines.

 

Alan has had over 28 years of experience directing and running his own business. Throughout the recession AMB Plant has still been able to succeed and grow. With Alan's "we can" attitude, it has allowed the company to have a yearly turnover of excess £1 million This has also resulted in over 20 skilled and qualified employees, who are constantly upgrading and renewing their current qualifications. Throughout AMB Plant's growth they have still been able to cater for both small jobs, for local people to larger jobs, for multi-national corporations.

 

We also place high value on our clients with regards to environmental factors as well as quality factors.

 

AMB Plant are currently carrying out civil engineering jobs on the Cambridgeshire road network and installing electric power cables for large network providers.

In January 2016 we have been able to successfully renew our UVDB accreditation by Achilles. This has resulted in us becoming an Achilles' proven suppliers; within the sectors of civil engineering and utilities. The services which will be offered include:

In July 2015 AMB Plant Ltd successfully gained accreditation via Constructionline, this means we are now an approved contractor with in the work categories that include underground buried servies, earth works and civil engineering.
